Cancellations and Refunds

PRICING AND PAYMENT

1) The professional charges for all the events and programs conducted by Vinay Pushpakaran and his team are determined and fixed by Miyagi Learning Solutions. Miyagi Learning Solutions also reserves the right to revise the charges or such other fees from time to time.

 

2) Our prices for attending conferences and all other events are set out on the relevant registration booking form or can otherwise be obtained from us upon request or from our website. Prices may be subject to change from time to time.

 

3) If your booking has been confirmed an invoice will be sent to you within ten (10) working days setting out the relevant payment instructions and terms. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of this invoice if not already done.

 

4) If you apply or register for any of our events, the payment for the same will have to be made in advance. If, for any reason, we have not received payment in full by the date of the event, you (or the attending delegate) will be asked, as a condition of being allowed to attend the event, to make a payment by credit card or another form of electronic payment on the day of the conference. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if payment is not made.

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

 

5) Refund of fees: Entry fees and Professional charges shall NOT be refundable, under any circumstances.

 

6) It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control to alter the advertised content, timing and/or location of the event or the advertised speakers. We reserve the right to do this at any time. Where we alter the time and/or location of any of our events, we will provide you with notice of the same and will offer you the choice of either a credit for a future event of our choice (up to the value of sums paid by you in respect of the event) of the opportunity to attend the conferences as varied.

 

7) If you are unable to attend the program or event, we welcome substitute participants attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 2 days prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full. Please notify us of any substitutions by email at akshata@miyagilearning.com.

 

8) No refunds will be given for cancellations or non-attendance unless they have been explicitly approved in writing by Miyagi Learning Solutions. In the event of this, you must email akshata@miyagilearning.com within 48 hours of the event start time to request a refund.

 

4.4 We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (including wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate the event as a result of an event outside our control (including, without limitation, to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness).
